Absolutely not!
I work with clients that want to go vegan, vegan-curious and people that are already vegan, but not feeling their best yet. I also have clients that just want to increase the amount of plant foods in their diet. And don’t worry, I will never pressure you to go fully plant-based, if that’s not what you want.
Yes, my coaching programs are made to support YOU individually. I will ask for all the necessary information about you during our initial meeting so that we can tailor the program to your individual needs and goals.
We can also talk about any other topics that are relevant for your situation e.g. weight loss.
The Vegan Starter Program is a 6-week designed for 6 weeks. You also have the option to book additional 1:1 sessions with me, if you would like further support.
For individual coaching, I offer packages of at least 3 sessions. I accompany most of my clients for at least 2-3 months, because it takes time for new habits and behaviors to be established.
The exact length of the coaching depends on your individual needs.
The amount you'll invest into nutrition coaching varies depending on the length of the coaching, as well as your wishes, which you would like to have included in the coaching sessions.
