Hi, I'm Nathalie!

IʼM HERE TO HELP YOU FEEL YOUR BEST ON A VEGAN DIET

My vegan path was characterized by being overwhelmed and confused by all the information out there, not knowing what to eat to experience all the health benefits, feeling alone and headwinds from the people in environment.

Today I have developed ways and strategies how I can optimize my diet in order to feel full of energy. I learned how to communicate effectively, how to connect with other vegans and how easy it is to find vegan food everywhere I go.

It is my heart’s mission to share the knowledge with you

TO HELP YOU THRIVE ON A VEGAN DIET AS WELL

Going vegan was a gradual process for me
I cut out meat first. After few months, eggs and cow’s milk. I struggled the most with ditching cheese, until I challenged myself with a 1-month vegan challenge.

After just a few days, my digestion and sleep improved tremendously. I lost excess fat, felt immediately lighter and my energy and mood got so much better. All these benefits made me continue eating that way.

I was the only vegan in my environment
I had the feeling that I always needed to justify my decision and heard the same comments like “we need meat for protein” over and over again.

I did a lot of research, went to seminars, read books, tried new meals to find the best possible ways and information to experience all the health benefits, a plant-based diet is known for.

Certified vegan nutritionist
I shared the things I’ve learned on my Instagram channel. It became my heart project to show people how easy and delicious vegan nutrition can be. To help out people even better, I became a certified vegan nutritionist in 2020. People were reaching out to me with the same hurdles and struggles when making their transition.

Coaching people from all over the world
After helping numerous people in my personal environment to live vegan, more and more coaching requests came in from my community. Today, I coach people from all over the world and help them to finally thrive and feel the best they’ve ever felt on a vegan diet.
